Who we are
Train with PACE is run by Pippa Earley, who decides how your information is used and is the data controller for it. You can reach her at [email protected] or 07716 860133.
What we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry: your name, phone number, email address, what you are interested in and your message. This is used to reply to you and arrange coaching. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — you asked us to get in touch, and answering is what you would expect.
When you complete the health questionnaire: the athlete's name and date of birth, your contact details, emergency contacts, and medical information including conditions, medication, allergies and injuries.
Medical information is "special category data" and needs a higher bar. We rely on your explicit consent, given by ticking the box on that form. It is used only to coach safely and to act in an emergency. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing Pippa, and it will be deleted — though she will not be able to coach the athlete without it.
How it is stored
Enquiries are held in a secure database so that none are lost, and are passed to Pippa's coaching system so she can answer them.
Health questionnaires are not kept on this website. They go straight into Pippa's coaching system, GoHighLevel, where she holds her other coaching records, and this site keeps no copy.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys, rents or receives your information for marketing. Two suppliers handle it purely to make the site work:
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and the database.
- GoHighLevel — the coaching system Pippa uses to hold client records and send emails.
GoHighLevel is based in the United States, so information sent to it is processed outside the UK under the safeguards its contract provides.
We will also share information if the law requires it, or in a genuine medical emergency where it is needed to keep someone safe.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become coaching are deleted within 12 months. Records for people Pippa coaches are kept while she coaches them and for a period afterwards for insurance reasons, then deleted. Health information is deleted as soon as you withdraw consent or coaching ends, whichever comes first.
Children
Most athletes Pippa coaches are under 18. Where the athlete is under 18, the health questionnaire must be completed by a parent or guardian, and it is that parent or guardian who gives consent.
Your rights
You can ask to see what is held about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used. Email Pippa and she will respond within one month, at no cost.
If you are not happy with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
