Meet Pippa
Elite Coaching
Pippa Earley is a 3× British record holder, a former England international medallist and an 8× national champion. At 16 she became the 1st British woman in history to run under 11 seconds for the U17 80m hurdles, before going on to a full athletic scholarship in the USA. Here she was trained by one of the world’s best multi-event coaches.
Now, she is a Level 3 England Athletics accredited coach, offering advanced expertise in 3 key areas:
- Elite speed development for any sport
- Event-specific track & field coaching (beginner to national level)
- General fitness training
Pippa combines her experience in international competitive sport with the mentorships she received under world-renowned coaches to provide the means for her clients to reach their full potential.

In Memory of her Father, Aidan Chad Earley (ACE)
The Making of PACE
ACE in PACE represents her father, Aidan’s, initials. He stood by Pippa through her professional athletic career as well as her personal struggles.
The academy is the promise she made him before his death; to inspire and guide people towards their full potential, supporting them to overcome the struggles that sport and life may bring.
PACE therefore carries both of their initials — father (ACE) and daughter (P), always a team. The academy embodies them both and aims to replicate this close partnership between Pippa and the people she has the pleasure of working with.
