First Session, Step by Step

90 minutes for the first session, which includes a 30min free consultation: a health questionnaire, goal setting & baseline fitness test. Once your first session is booked, Pippa will send over a health questionnaire and a goal-setting form to fill out ahead of the initial assessment.

  1. Health Questionnaire

Covers injuries and previous health setbacks.

  2. Goal Setting

Tailored to your personal goals and aspirations.

  3. Baseline Fitness Test

Simple set of benchmark exercises, with video analysis of technique for performance athletes. Results are recorded and measured against your own starting point.

  4. 60-Minute Training Session

After the assessment you will have your first 60 min introductory training session, before the full programme begins.

Then the programme begins. Every benchmark from the first session is kept on record, so progress is tracked against your own starting point.

About group sessions

Pippa forms each one herself, matching athletes by age, standard and goals. She offers group sessions for family and friends wanting to train together. Group sessions: from 3-10 athletes.
